Claymation Beginning and Advanced*±
Live the life of a Claymation artist as you create your own story and characters, form them with clay and film them frame-by-frame with special effects and a soundtrack! Learn about stop-motion animation and time-lapse movies using iStopMotion software. The advanced level teaches new techniques, provides increased challenges and gives more instruction on adding extra frames and effects.

Discover your inner mechanical engineer as you explore the world's most exciting devices! Leverage your knowledge of Newton's laws to design, build and test elaborate Rube Goldberg machines, and create roller coasters with complex loops, twists and angles.

Become a Tech Explorer by joining our staff on a journey of discovery through The Tech Museum! Explore the galleries, engage in Design Challenge activities inspired by the current Tech exhibits and set out on your own expedition through the museum on a Tech-style scavenger hunt. Learn what goes on behind the scenes at the IMAX Theater and see a movie on the big screen, then finish off the week by becoming a museum curator and designing your own Tech gallery.

For those who have already discovered a passion for video game design, this is the ultimate class for taking your skills to the next level. Video Game Design MASTERS is an all-day class (9am to 12pm AND 1pm to 4pm), boasting 30 hours of curriculum chock-full of new challenges, advanced programming and special effects. Learn about non-linear gameplay and use your MultiMedia Fusion 2 skills to create 3D effects. Establish your own video game design company and learn what it's like to collaborate on a real design team!

Web, Wikis and Widgets* (Revised for 2010, Previously Web Architects)
From YouTube to Twitter, Flickr to Wiki, Blogspot to RSS and everything in between, web design has entered a new realm of community interaction! In this newly revamped class, use Macromedia Dreamweaver to learn the basics of webpage construction and design. Investigate how to use the Internet's newest "Web 2.0" elements-social networking, web applications, multimedia collaboration-in the safest and most creative ways. Work with a partner to design and publish the website of your dreams, then celebrate your success with a launch party!
